| Sweet almond oil is used extensively in aromatherapy massage. However, because it is quite thick and emollient, it can be blended with sunflower oil (up to 75%) to give a smoother massage effect. Almond has little colour or smell, making it ideal to mix with the aromatic essential oils. It is beneficial for eczema, dry skin, dermatitis and mature skin, and contains vitamins A, B1, B2 and B6. Almond oil will keep for up to 2-3 years in a dark, cool place. |

How to use |
Apply directly to affected areas of the skin or use 15 drops of essential oil in 50ml for massage. Store in a cool, dark place. Not animal tested. |
